The product is a special hand operated knife sharpener that has been refined over the last 11 years for mainly use by meat workers -- farmers and chefs etc.
The sharpener is manufactured to meet health and safety standards as laid down by the various GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS.
In 11 years of sales the company cannot recall one sharpener being returned as unsuitable..
