Dear Sales Manager,
We are a mixed martial arts apparel and equipment company. I am looking for a manufacture of quality martial arts products to assist my company in supplying our customers. Fight Athlete is a new and innovative company that prides its self its professionalism, dedication and creativity.
We are currently in the process of acquiring grappling gloves, boxing gloves, boxing hand wraps, leather shin guards, head guard, mixed martial arts shorts, mouth guards, rash guards, flat peak hats, t-shirts and training supplements. We also require a logo printing service.
Unfortunately, with the level of technological advancement enabling business worldwide, an increased number of illegitimate, or scam businesses have entered the market. As a serious and professional organisation, Fight Athlete only deals with genuine manufactures and will conduct extensive background checks on all potential manufactures.
It is for this reason that before conducting any transaction, we ask that every potential manufacturer provides at least three pervious commercial invoices from satisfied customers as a reference to verify the legitimacy of there business. Payments will be conducted only through a letter of credit to a business named bank account. Furthermore, in completing a transaction, we shall employ a professional organisation of our choice to complete a pre-shipment inspection that will confirm that the products are 100% legitimate.
If we discover that we have been dealing with any scam artists I will without any hesitation forward all information to the appropriate authority to pursue legal action.
