We from Oxycer Dubai work direct with seller's mandate for crude oil products as REBCO, SLCO, Jet Fuel JP54, High Speed Diesel D2, Mazut 100.
Our procedure is simple:
- We send you a valid and signed Draft Contract for the Crude oil Product
- Your buyer will reply us with it signed and sealed with ICPO and BCL (bank to bank) . (The BCL is the most important! )
- After receiveing this we will send you in 5 days by bank our POP.
- We will send your buyer by courrier the final contract signed.
- After that we wait for the LC opening from your buyer and start the loading.
If you can meet this procedures we can proceed with good business.
