It dispose of 4 tone 200 Hz frequency coreless induction furnaces INDUCTOTHERM with pouring rate of 4 tones melting metal per hour .
The company has got molding machine Loramatic VMM 6080 A with vertical split line and variable molding chamber with dimensions 480X600 mm; 480X750mm; and 600X750 mm and mould pitch up to 500 mm. The machine has equipped with automatic core setter and quick pattern plates change. Productivity is 400 moulds per hour. According to the type of castings month rate is from 1200 up to 1800 tones.
The pouring of metal is making by automatic pouring machine AUTO POUR from INDUCTOTHERM with pouring rate of 7, 5 tones per hour, equipped with device for inoculation of FOSECO and system for video control VISI POUR.
Sand preparation is making with machinery by SPACE. All technical process of sand preparation, molding, inoculation of metal and pouring is done by complete computer system.
Metal control is done by SPEKTROMAXX.
Sand control is done by special laboratory.
Casting control and tests is done by chemical and mechanical laboratories.
The company has got certificate by TUV-CERT system for managing the quality meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
