The Company Cameroon Diamond Exploitation Co. Ltd. (CDx) Cameroon is a non-public Registered in Cameroon under
number RC.YDE-013-D214/07 on the 04-01-2007 at Yaounde, benefiting from Liberal rights of mining fields exploitation
throughout the national territory of Cameroon and of National and international commerce. It was created in December
2006 with objective to harness Mining prospects and development in the East province of the Republic of Cameroon. The
Administration of Cameroon Diamond Exploitation Co. Ltd. has chosen this zone for exploration since September 2005.

Cameroon Diamond Exploitation Co. Ltd. has been in Cameroon since August 15, 2005 after having obtained three
temporal authorizations, Temporal Research (TR) granted in March 2005. CDx has developed and harnessed exploration
programs since then, in search of alluvium and virgin gold and diamond deposits. CDx has obtained two exclusive
authorizations entitled Betare Oya or (Betare Oya Gold) and Bertoua diamants Bertoua Diamonds, granted by the
government of Cameroon in
March 2007 and May 2007 respectively. Signing of Convention with the government took place in June 2007
