Zebon fluorine carbon paint won golden award on the 51th eureka world exhibition of innovation and New technology, and Gold prize on the 2002 Hong Kong patent & technology exposition. The water based fluorine carbon paint has outstanding performance as solvent based fluorine carbon paint. As a matter of fact, water based fluorine carbon paint performs much better than latex paint; however, the price is comparable to upscale latex paint. It is long-lasting, ultra low voc, easy dry; it also has the characteristics as anion-releasing, sterilizing, anti-virus, environmental friendly, and user friendly, etc.
The zebon fluorine carbon paint outperforms regular coatings a few times in terms of anti-corrosion and durability. Fluorine carbon coat is chemical inert and condense, thus protect metals from natural corrosion, and enhanced the material service life. The fluorine carbon paint is good for applications in air plains, ships, engines, rail cars, buses, petroleum and chemical industry, bridges, doors, transformers, steel plates, powder coating, etc.

The main equipments are heidelberg cd102-5 + L offset printing machine, heidelberg cd102-4 offset printing machine, komori L-248 / X offset printing machine, bobst sp102-se automatic die cutting machine, the completely automatic water character / UV lacquer machine, and the completely automatic high speed membrane lamination machine, high speed automatic sticking box machine, 12 colors fuji gravure press, W & H and the f & k8 color flexo printer.
