Our company is an enterprise specializing in blister vacuum forming , injection moulding products as well as customized injection mouldings,Especially devoted to O.E.M &O.D.M orders handling, where is located in Song zhuang, a town near the worldfamous Painters' Village and on the bank of Chaobai River.
The total building area of our factory is 4,000sqm, with a dust-free workshop covering 280sqm. We have advanced vacuum forming and injection molding equipments, such as vacuum formers, injection formers, pressure formers, hydraulic cutters, punch presses, thick sheet vacuum formers, carton sealers, cylinder sealers, edge folders, high frequency plastic welders, vacuum-thermoform packers, CNC machine tools and electro-discharge wire cutters.
We have been constantly improving our inner management and overall quality of employees. Our experts have been engaged in the development for 10 years. We always keep in mind that quality is the soul of a company; and with such a conviction, we succeed in bringing the whole production process under an ISO9001:2008quality control system. Our vacuum forming department can produce all kinds of trays, plastic containers and blisters. We produce packaging like anti-static trays, flocking blisters, clamshell trays, tri-fold clamshells, salad boxes, hinged boxes and transparent cylinders, using materials such as PET, PVC, HIPS, PP, BOPS, PS flocking, antistatic PS ,and ABS. Our packaging products are widely used in fields like electronics, toys, daily chemicals, handicrafts, food, giftware and hardware.
Our injection molding department is in charge of processing other plastic products and parts, such as cups, plates, boxes, vehicle parts, laboratory apparatus parts and building materials. This department specializes in injection molding of PP, PE, EVA, TPU, ABS, PMMA, PS,(GPPS AND HIPS),ASA, PBT, PA, PC, POM, PPO, PPS, PVDF , PTFE,AS(SAN),PMMA,PA,PA66,AND EVA
