Formerly known as Shunde Wanying Household Chemicals Co., Ltd., Foshan Wanying Cosmetics Co., Ltd., after the transformation of ownership in 1998, has been engaged in the production of cosmetics, skin-care and cleaners. Endowed with tremendous potentials for further development, Wanying Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd. is one of the current enterprises that obtained the production license and hygiene license in the nation in the first batch after the license system was implemented on cosmetics.
Dedication casts refined products-The establishment of Wanying Company was based on high level, high quality and high starting point and it imported the advanced vacuum homogeneous emulsion apparatus from Japan. From the testing apparatus used for technological development and the medium testing apparatus used for expanded tests to the production machines for mass production, from R&D to mass production, they can all meet the needs of the enterprise's development.
Professionalism creates future-The Company is in cooperation with a multitude of professional institutions of scientific research. In cooperation with such institutions as Beijing University of Chemical Technology, it studied the reaction regularities of gelatin hydrolysis. Consequently, the distribution range of the molecular weight that is absorbable by the human skin was established, thus the moisture retention, softness and curative effects are guaranteed. In a joint effort with the renowned university-Zhejiang University, it developed the extraction technique of cubilose protein powder and it has applied for patent right.
Since its establishment, the Company has entered the cooperation of OEM (Origin Entrusted Manufacture) with quite a few large-scale companies and processed cosmetics and skin-care products, among which it assisted the high-speed growth of Softto Company and won the favor of Watsons Company with high-quality products and become a long-term production cooperation partner of Watsons
For the sake of long-term development of the enterprise, Wanying established a modern garden-like plant building in Shunde Development Zone and the plant building was planned in accordance with the GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice)for the productions of pharmaceutics, foods and cosmetics and it occupies an area of 21000 square meters and a building area of 15000 square meters, among which there is an 100 thousand grade purification area of 1950 square meters. The completely sealed clean plant building has reasonable layouts and realizes the separation of people and logistics so as to guarantee high-quality products.
Regarding the aspects of quality management, we have stipulated relevant management norms and system in accordance with GMP, i.e. excellent product norms. The aim is to ensure that the enterprise is able to constantly obtain products conforming to product standards, prevent nonconforming products from flowing into the market and ensure the sustained stability of quality.
