Shandong Nacoo Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd ( Hereinafter referred to as Nacoo heavy industry). was established in April 2012, located in the Weihai New Industrial District, Shandong Province. It is the first class enterprise in Shandong province and priority project in Weihai. Is a collection of all series excavator, loaders , special vehicle and its core components R & D, manufacturing, sales and service of the integration of large-scale modern enterprise.
Primary idea of Nacoo Heavy Industry strategic planning is based on engineering machinery business, including strategic business such as excavator business, loader business, special engineering machinery business, etc. and other new business, expecting to become a world-class enterprise in construction machinery industry. In order to accelerate the realization of this goal, develop enterprise, and add new economic growth point, Nacoo Heavy Industry and management committee of Weihai New Industrial District has reached a consensus of taking over land of about 4000 mus from New Industrial District as an important base for production, research and development of engineering machinery series products.

The main products include excavator, loader, grab materials machine, fork installation and amphibious excavators. The production capacity is 40800 sets including 24000 excavators (22000 crawler excavators and 2000 wheel excavators), 13000 loaders, 3800 special engineering machineries (300 mine excavators, 300 grab materials machines, 3000 fork installations, 200 amphibious excavators). Estimated sale income of year 2018 will reach 22.4 billion Yuan. When the Industrial Zone is established, it will become the largest construction machinery production base in Shandong. At the same time, concrete machinery, road construction machinery, piling machinery, crawler hoisting machinery, agricultural machinery and other construction machinery business will be started.

The first stage project of Industrial Zone is located in Weihai New Industrial District, to the west of Chuzhang Road, to the north of Qingxing Road, and covers an area of 370 mus, with a total construction area of 107175 square meters and the total investment of 1.03 billion Yuan. 15000 excavators and 5000 loaders will be produced annually. Estimated annual sale income is 7.79 billion Yuan. The first stage project includes structure coating production line, large excavator assembly line and loader assembly lines. Three process lines are established based on requirements of domestic and foreign construction machinery industry and characteristics of advanced manufacting technology, according to green, low-carbon, environmental protection, and energy-saving principle, taking use of contemporary advanced technology. Production lines of mining machinery and loading machinery are primarily built. 46 million yuan is invested on workshop process equipments, which greatly improve the manufacturing level of host products. Product lines are able to meet the requirement of mass production. Product development, product testing and testing method are added.
The second stage project of Industrial Zone covers an area of 490 mus, with a total construction area of 126675 square meters and the total investment of 1.54 billion. 10000 excavators and 5000 loaders will be produced annually. Estimated annual sale income is 6.7 billion Yuan. According to the production capacity, production process requirement and process parameters, 589.3 million yuan will be invested to purchase 1230 sets production equipment. Preparation workshop, structure workshop, coating workshop, equipment workshop and operation workshop are mature, reliable, practical, structure advanced, operation convenient, benefits remarkably.
