Deyang Donggang Steel Rope Co., Ltd., a specialist in steel wire hot galvanizing and steel rope stranding, is located in Deyang Economic and Technological Development Area, which is in Chengdu-Mianyang-Deyang Economic Circle. Deyang Donggang owns domestically leading technologies for high alumina ceramic zinc cauldron with internal heating and a technical team specialized in the research and development of metal products. In 2008, approved by the experts designated by Deyang Municipal Government, a technical center was established in our company so it is possible to bring our technical advantages and innovative capabilities into full play. Our company has been certified by ISO9001:2000 quality management system. We make such main products as galvanized steel wires (steel stranded wires) for ACSR, steel wires coated with rare earth and zinc and aluminum alloy (steel stranded wires) galvanized steel wires for overhead transmission lines, which comply with current Chinese National Standards in terms of various technical indexes tested by industrial authorities, as well as the standards of relevant products set out by International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM). Thus our products take an internationally advanced position in terms of both production process control and quality.
Currently our company has an annual capacity of 16,000 tons of metal products in hundreds of varieties & 8 categories with hot galvanized steel wires (steel stranded wires) for ACSR and slope protection meshes as leading products, which can be manufactured as per clients' requirements according to Chinese National Standard and International Standard. Our products are used in important engineering fields, such as power transmission and transform, electrified railways, power supply lines, transmission of TV and radio signals, telecommunications, protection meshes for highways, slope protection to prevent natural calamities and mechanical springs. Our products are exported to Ghana, Iran, Myanmar and Laos in addition to domestic markets in 10 provinces, well welcomed by clients.
