We officially renamed YingKou OuYang Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in April 2011. (Formerly known as YingKou OuYang Steel Tube Co., Ltd.)
YingKou OuYang Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one leading manufacturer in the oil field .Our company is specializing in the process of oil casing, tubing, casing coupling, pup joint, reducer union, drill pipe coupling and also can process the special specification as the customer's request. Meanwhile, we can process the different machined products to meet different need in the oilfield .
Our company is established in 2005 and located in Lu An Industrial Park, YingKou Economic & Technical Developing Zone, Liaoning Province. We are very near to two Chinese famous steel plants one is Anshan Iron and steel plant ,the other one is Benxi Iron and Steel plant. Due to this reason, we have full types material supply. Moreover, we are neighbor to Yingkou sea port , Dalian sea port and Tianjin Seaport .For this two aspect reasons, we greatly reduce the logistics cost to ensure our product have strong price competitive in the market compared the other suppliers.
In order to meet increasingly market demand ,we in total invested 1.2billon to enlarge the productions capacity. At present ,we have the advanced casing and tubing thread production line ,anti-corrosion insulation production line ,coupling production line. We also own the advanced quality inspection equipments and the high-temperature phosphating process which can assure the thread used many times. In order to meet high standard requirement ,the key test equipments are imported from Japan and Germany. Our yearly process types of pipe more than 200,000tons , types couplings more than 300,000pcs .
Our company are strictly complied by ISO management and quality certificated by API 5CT. Moreover all the skilled persons are trained by the oilfield experts from domestic and abroad. The skilled worker are more than 200 persons,15 perons are senior engineers who have first site experience. Also we regularly invite foreign experts make on-site guidance for us. The skilled workers and experienced experts assure our quality meet high standard requirement.
Until now ,our products are widely used in Chinese oilfields such as Changqing oilfield, Daqing oilfield, Shengli oilfield, Liaohe oilfield and other oilfields. Until now, we have established a stable supply relationships with them. For overseas market, our products are exported to South East, M.E ,USA,Canada ,South America etc., In view of high quality ,we got high praises from our customers.
