Jiangyin Honwin Packing Material Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Shizhuang Branch is located in the New Materials Science & Technology Park of Jiangyin City which is the hinterland of Yangtze River Delta and also the regional centre of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou. We have very convenient transportation, because of the advanced highway systems and the Yangtze River passing by from the north.
Our company is a professional manufacturer of food-grade tinplates. Our products are mainly used in food cans, beverage cans, chemical cans and other containers. They are characterized by corrosion resistance, high strength, good ductility and low pollution and being non-toxic, recyclable and resource saving. With China's rapid economic development and the stable improvement of people's living, tinplates will have a broader development space in packing field in the future.
Our tin-plating production line is directly provided by the Italian company TENOVA which is a famous provider of metallurgical equipment in the world. The line adopts advanced insoluble anode and stable Fuluositan handicraft. The maximum processing speed of the line is 550m/min, and it can produce tinplates with thickness 0.15-0.5mm, width 700-1250mm and coating 1.1-11.2g/m2 (single side). Our annual production capacity is 250,000 tons of food-grade tinplates.
