Before you come:
1. Issue a China business invitation letter
2. Book a hotel for you with the best discount
3. Airport pickup in Yiwu, Shanghai and Hangzhou Airports
When you arrive in Yiwu, we start to purchase products:
1. We will arrange a translator for you and guide you to visit the right market and all shops one by one, or visit factories if necessary.
2. Translate and negotiate price with suppliers for you.
3. Note down the order and write down all the details and your requirements, such as Article NO., Description, Quantity, size, colors, delivery time, CBM, packing details and others. At the same time, we will take photos for all goods which you have ordered and copy one for you.
4. Make an order form for you to check the price, total amount and total cube meter.
After you complete purchasing in Yiwu:
1. Place orders with product photos with all the suppliers
2. Follow every order to make sure the goods production will be completed in our expecting time and report course to you step by step.
3. Free warehouse storage: we collect the goods to our own warehouse and inspect the quality.
4. Arrange payment for goods to your supplier.
5. According to your request, book container and arrange shipment.
6. Prepare the concerned export documents to make Chinese Customs Declaration
7. Make foreign country import documents for you.
8. Send all documents which you need together with B/L By courier to you to do customs clearance. Telex release is available.
