Nanjing Gressence Industrial Co., Ltd. Originally established in 1964, as a leader of manufacturing industrial gas cylinder valves. With 40 years history and development, now it had became a high-tech company specializing in researching and manufacturing hardware, machinery parts, precision components and industrial equipments.
Gressence has its own casting and forging center, armed with spray casting, centryfugal casting, ceramic mold casting, die casting, investment casting, lost foam casting and upset forging, stamp forging equipments.
Gressence's machining center is also armed with more than 100 sets of various maching tools, including 8-shaft specially purposed tools, horizontal machining centers, large imported CNC gantry machining centers, CNC lathes, large imported vertical CNC machining center, internal & external grinding machine, horizontal boring machine, miller, multi-function drilling and face grinding machine.
Gressence owned all kinds of professional inspection equipments, including CMM, magnetic defect detector, tensile tester and low temperature impact tester. In addition, it is capable of heat treatment and owned complete facilities as high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace, salt bath hardening furnace, vacuum heat treatment for various products, make parts with high mechanical properties and meet various requirements of working environment.
All products are strictly manufactured and inspected according to ISO9001 system. Its products are involved in industrial projects, pipe and valves, daily products, vehicles, machine systems, automatic production lines, etc.
