Our products include woven caps (baseball caps, trucker hats and racing caps), Fedora hats, knitted beanies, knitted-shape beanies, handmade beanies, knitted scarves, handmade scarves, knitted and handmade gloves (mittens) and other fashion accessories.
Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, and is only 90 minutes away from Shanghai. Our factory occupies an area of 4000 square meters and employs more than 100 people, so we can have a monthly output of 85000pcs of woven caps, 150000pcs of knitted hats and 30000pcs of scarves. At our factory, we have more than 50 sets of "Stoll" jacquard machines which were imported from Germany to promise our strong knitted item production capacity.
Our talented & professional R&D team can ensure that your items, from concept to completion, are handled honestly and efficiently. Our R&D team can develop more than 50 collections per month for your choice. Your OEM products can be ready in 25 to 35 days after PP approval.
Our factory has a strict QC system. Every item will be checked carefully before shipping. We have 5 QC teams to inspect your goods throughout the whole production process, from raw material sourcing to finished products. Each of our QC people has more than 5 year working experience.
