Dongguan Shenghua Plastic Mould Factory, located in Dalingshan Town of Dongguan City, has been engaged in the business of plastic injection mould fabrication and injection moulding since 1997. We are a medium sized mould maker, with about 100 workers in our mould shop and injection shop. We're aiming to become the best medium sized mould maker in China. We're dedicating to providing our customers with the best quality, the best communication skills, the quickest response, the most efficient manufacturing unit and the best customer service.
Long before our factory was established, the owner of our factory, Mr. Chan, had been making plastic injection moulds since the middle of the 1980's. With Mr. Chan still working as the chief mould engineer himself, we assure that the mould designs we draw up are the optimal they could possibly be and approved by our customers before mould construction. The moulds we shipped cover a wide variety of industries and applications, and are mainly for electrical appliances, electronics, hospitals, automobiles, household items and other engineering plastic parts.
99% of our moulds are for export. Our major customers are from Israel, the US, the UK and Brazil. Staff members of our project management team are well trained and proficient in communicating with our customers in English, both by writing and speaking, about the technical points of mould design and construction.
