Established in 2003, Shishi Zhengyuan Aquatic Product Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise which is specialized in seafood. By virtue of advanced scientific research and technology, we supply deeply processed seafood, such as shrimp, squid, octopus, crabs, all kind of fish and so on.
Our company is located in Shishi city with convenient transportation access. It is 130 nautical miles east of Taichung Port, Taiwan area and in 100 kilometers south of Xiamen. Shishi city has over 3,000,000 tons annual catch. The rich marine resources provide the continuously raw materials.
Our company covers an area of 15,000 square meters and construction area is 21,000 square meters. We have a team with high quality technical management skill and more than 500 skilled production line staff members. The refrigerating chamber and workshop have reached the domestic advanced level which can process 100 tons seafood daily and refrigerate more than 8000 tons of goods. Our company introduced advanced production equipment such as plate freezers, individual Quick Freezers, metal detectors and production line.
In order to ensure the quality of products, our production and packaging workshops use central air conditioning and ozone disinfection systems. Our well-equipped facilities and excellent quality control throughout all stages of production enables us to guarantee customer satisfaction. The workers' dormitories, canteen and activity rooms also provide good working and living conditions.

By the efforts of all staff, we have got American HACCP certification, Korean Health registered certification and the Russian national health registration certification, etc. Now our company have built the "fish frozen and process research center" and "surimi research and development center" both with Fujian government authentication, among them, the technology development of frozen low-value fish surimi has been a key project of China Spark Program.
