Dalian Jinzhou Dong fang Cast Steel Factory was established in 1998. Located in Jinzhou district Dalian , Northeast of China. Its construction area covers an area of 13,200 square meters. With the annual output of 12000 ton. It can produce different kinds of steel casting and iron castings weight from 20kg to 25 ton per pc.We produce various steel castings, iron casting, fabricated parts, and machining component and mainly applied to shipyard, Petrochemical, mining and cement, automobile, machinery . The materials includes alloy steel, stainless steel , refractory steel , high manganese steel , nodular castings, wear-resisting cast iron. And the products are mainly exported to the USA, Europe, , Australia , Japan, Korea and other countries or areas. We own advanced casting equipment. The main casting technical is resin sand process, bring in Japanese advanced resin sand production line, which is with the skillful soluble glass sand technology. We have one set of 30 ton refine furnace. One set of 7.5 ton arc furnace ,one sets of 1.5 ton , 3 ton intermediate frequency electric induction furnace respectively. Withheat treatment capacity of 50 ton, we have 360KW heat treatment electric furnace, hanging blasting machine soluble glass sand technology and the physical chemical laboratory ,etc.The castings are produced in accordance with the following standard Chinese GB, American ASTM, Japanese JIS, Germany DIN, British BS and ISO or depending on the customers demands .Perfect in inspection, we have passed ISO 9001 Quality system certificate .we sincerely invite friends from both at home and overseas to our company for business and mutual development.
