Tangshan Xingbang Pipeline Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. is specialized in the production of prefabricated directly buried polyurethane insulating pipes, steel prefabricated directly buried steam insulation pipes, PE corrosion pipes, high density polyethylene outer protecting pipes and heat pipes. We are in a leading position with the national comprehensive strength in the anti-corrosion insulation industry.

Our registered capital is RMB100,000,000. We have more than 480 employees, including 120 professional, technical and management personnel. Currently there are two production plants and a branch. The first factory covers an area of 118 acres. The second factory covers an area of 300 acres, with a total investment of RMB310,000,000. In April 2011, we founded a branch company - Tangshan Pipeline Engineering Equipment Limited Company in the Urumqi City, Uygur Autonomous Region, Xinjiang, covering an area of 130 acres with total investment of 30,000,000.

We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental management system certification and ISO14001 GB/T28001 occupation health and safety management system certification. In 2009, we were issued "Special Equipment Manufacturing License" by State Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection Bureau of People's Republic of China.

Now we have 9 prefabricated directly buried polyurethane insulating pipe production lines and 2 "one-step" insulating pipe production lines, with an annual production of 2000km prefabricated directly buried insulating pipes in DN30mm-DN1400mm; 12 advanced high density polyethylene pipe production lines with the largest production diameter up to DN1800mm. Our polyethylene pipe production line adopts the international most advanced spiral die extrusion, vacuum sizing, corona treatment, spray cooling and automatic cutting technologies with the annual production of 2500km DN90mm-DN1800mm and high density polyethylene pipes. We also have 2 PE anticorrosion pipe production lines, which according to the customers demands can produce 500km three PE or two PE anti-corrosion pipes; 2 production lines of steel prefabricated directly buried steam pipe insulation, which can reach the annual production of various types of steam pipe insulation of 300km; 2 mirror surface welding production lines and more than 20 pieces of complete pipe production, testing equipment from Taiwan area, with the annual production of 8000 thermal insulation pipes. With hot-melt sets of two sets of production equipment, we can produce various types of DN70mm-DN1800mm melt bushes, and can fully meet the requirements of pipeline construction fill orifice. Our company has five sets of abrator derusting equipment featuring DN50mm-DN1800mm steel pipes for blasting, to achieve level GB/T8928-1988 specified in the Sa2.5 level ( near white level).

Now our company's business scope has covered more than 10 provinces and autonomous regions like Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shaanxi, Tianjin, Beijing and so on. Our products are applied by China Power Group Company, China Huaneng Electric Power Group Corporation, China Huadian Group and other large domestic cogeneration projects, and we establish good relationships, with project performance being at the forefront of the industry.
