Shandong Wenyuan Plastic Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise, specializing in producing PE water supply pipe, PE drainage pipe, PE threading pipe, PE gas pipe, PE inflaming retarding, antistatic mine PE pipe, PE-RT pipe, gas, mine and water supply auxiliary fused fittings, socket joint fusion and butt fusion fittings, etc.

The company is located in Qilu chemical industrial zone, Zibo city, Shandong province which is only 80 kilometers away from Jinan Yaoqiang international air port, neighboring to NO.309 national road with favorable geographical environment and convenient traffic. The company purchases PE100-grade 2480H from Qilu Petro-chemical as main material of the company all year round. The distance between the company and Qilu Petro-chemical is just 10km around, which greatly guarantee material purchase and supply for production of the company.

The company covers the area of more than 150,000 square meters with construction area of 42,000 square meters, fixed assets of 0.18 billion Yuan. We have more than 570 employees, including 66 special technicians, 31 engineers, 17 senior engineers. Moreover, there are international advanced injection machines for special use with overall computer control as well as various auxiliary equipment of more than 190 sets, 7 sets of ordinary large scale lathes, 15 sets of large scale NC lathes, 126 sets with OD110mm-OD1200mm types of butt welding machines, multi-angle welding machines, saddle welding machines, 8 sets of flange mould-pressing forming machines and all kinds of auxiliary equipment, and 16 series of PE pipe production lines of 20-1200 with international advanced level and overall computer control as well as several patent technologies such as PE pipe fitting antistatic spraying and so on.

The company is capable of producing more than 30,000 tons of various high density PE pipe annually including PE water supply pipe, PE gas pipe and over 8,000 tons of various high density PE pipe fittings such as PE water supply pipe fittings and PE mine pipe fittings etc.

The company has more than 10 sets of various advanced test equipment. All kinds of products are regularly conducted by pressure-tight blasting test, longitudinal shrinkage rate, quick stress crack resistance test, tensile test and melt index test, so as to ensure the quality of products totally with national standard from raw materials to finished products. The products carry out ISO9001 management system strictly, so it can be assured that the quality guarantee system is completed.
