Factory Equipment: We have ten energy-conserving horseshoe flame tank furnaces and 30 assembly production lines (manual series, semi-automatic series, small-scale fully-automatic series, medium-scale fully-automatic series and large-scale fully-automatic series).The annual output reaches as many as 300 million. Our glass deep-processing workshop is in charge of the deep-processing of glass products, such as Printing, Sand Blasting, Engraving, Gold drawing, and Spray coloring.
Products: The major glass materials are flint glass (clear glass, over clear glass and crystal glass), Blue glass (cobalt blue, sapphire blue, sky-blue, and Ocean blue) and borosilicate glass. We supply products in more than 2600 specifications such as Spirits bottles, Glass Jars, Food Containers, Beverage bottles, Medicine bottles, Cosmetic bottles and glass ware.
Quality Control: We have applied the sophisticated self-control system and fully automatic online inspection machines. The products can be completely inspected and the defective ones can be automatically eliminated. Thus, the quality of products keeps stable and steady. In the production process we have many professional QA Inspectors responsible for quality tracking.
