Chongqing Jiangjin Hengda Mold Casting Factory was founded in 1984. Our factory covers an area of 30 acres, and we are located in the key industrial park in the west of Chongqing - Degan Industrial Park. Our products are extensively used in ships, wind powers, aviations, trains, cars, excavators and other machinery industries.
With 26-year experience in mechanical mould manufacturing, we can design and produce wood moulds, plastic moulds and metal moulds, and have become one of the largest mechanical mould manufacturers in the southwest of China. Our moulds have been exported to Vietnam, Russia, the United States and other countries for many times. Our factory has various non-ferrous metal pieces, such as gray iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, cast steel and cast aluminum, with an annual output over 7000t. Our cast products can be customized for various tests of flaw detection and low-temperature cold punching. We can also conduct finishing process for general mechanical parts and provide one-stop service from mould design to machine shaping.
