Huayi Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as HEAG), was founded in 1986, was promoted to a group company in 1997. On Feb. 1st, 2007, tthe core subsidiary company successfully got listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange, and became the first private enterprise listed on the Main Board in Wenzhou city.
