We can manufacture various parts of special sand castings such as wind turbine parts(1~6MW), crusher parts(Cone & Jaw crushers), machine tool parts, pump and valve parts(cast iron or steel), and other machined parts according to your specifications. We choose from such materials as gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant steel, and heat-resistant steel. Our annual production capacity is about 30,000 tons at present and the single weight of the part from 100kg to 45000kg is available.
Our R&D staff members have at least 10 years of experience, and our engineers can give you suggestions on how to prefect your design or help you develop new types of sand castings as well as machined components.

Our testing facilities include spectrometers, chemical analysis equipment, mechanical properties, low temperature impact equipment, and UT, MT, PT, and 3D measurement and laser trackers for dimensional inspection and other equipment to ensure your requirements. We are in line with GB, DIN, EN, JIS and ASTM standards.
