Laizhou Longtong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (Former Laizhou Tongyong Machinery Co., Ltd.) is an expert in manufacturing verity models of brake discs, gray iron casting, nodular cast iron, steel casting and stainless steel casting. We are well known for a longer history of producing brake discs and casting, largest exporting quantity, highest quality, and perfect service.
We were established in 1994. In July 2005, together with Hong Kong Great Talent Company, it co-established Laizhou Longtong Auto Parts Co., Ltd.. The Quality System Certificate of GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001:2008 was awarded in 2009. The registered capital is 2.92 million USD. The total area is 26,000m2,employees are more than 400, in which senior engineers are 16 and senior managerial staff are 38.
The company has a strong capacity in casting and machining, with the yearly production capacity of more than 20,000 tons of the casting. Our products are exported to Europe, North America and other overseas market.
We own a 7T furnace cupola, four 1.5T medium frequency electric furnaces and a 3T electric furnace. Moreover, we own a number of advanced equipments such as: one set of foundry line; one set of resin sand line and one set of Foundry spectrum analyzer from Germany. The physics test, chemistry analysis, spectrum analysis and dynamic equilibrium test can satisfy customers demand for high quality of products. With these advanced equipments and strong technology, our products can reach and keep in the advanced international level.
