Shing Fung Plastics was founded in 2000, initially started as a small molding shop.
Basically we make plastics injection molds with around 130 employees.
Then we developed our injection department, now have 50 injection machines, maximum 500 tons.
With injection molding capability,
We offer service for rapid prototype by plastic and metal.
Process: CNC, Silicone casting, SLA
Material: ABS, PA, Rubber, PC, PMMA, SS303,etc.
Serviced industries: mainly Automobile and home appliance.
In the year of 2010,
We co-founded our die casting factory in Dongguan making die casting molds and products.
5 die casting machines, maximum 630 tons.
Material: A380, ADC 10/12 and Zamak 3/5.
Capability includes: die casting, debur and polish, machining, E-plating, Anodizing and Powder painting.
ISO 9001: 2008 and TS 16949 certified.
Main customer: GRAMMER, VOLKSWAGEN, BLACK&DECKER, MAFELL, BOSCH, AUDI, BYD, HUAWEI AND OTHERS
