Cemented carbide adopts K55SF and MGl8 super-fine particulate materials from Europe with the average granularity of 0.2~ 0.5u, hardness of HRA93, and anti-bending strength of 4000 N/mm2.
High-speed steel adopts SKH59 high-speed steel containing diamond elements made in Japan. After special heat treatment of the tool, it gains high toughness and small internal stress with hardness of HRC6 ~ 69. The tool life is extended by reducing blade collapse.
Diamond adopts imported high-quality PCD and CBN.
