Shenzhen Zhengdongxing Communications Equipment Co., Ltd. (shorted as ZDX), founded in 2001, is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the R&D, production, distribution and service of tablet PC and mobile phone products.

In March, 2009, ZDX obtained Qualcomm 2.5G and 3G Intellectual Property License, and set up Shanghai Research and Development Center.
