The factory was founded in 1993, with a total investment of 90 million RMB, a plant area of 60 acres. We have the existing staff of 300 people, including technical staff, management staff of 50 people.
Our main products are all kinds of hot die forging parts. Now we have 14 various forging assembly lines, 12 press forging lines, respectively a 100T forging line, a 300T forging line, a 400T forging line, 630T forging lines of 2, 1600T and 1000T forging lines, a 4000T line, a 10000T forging line, and another cross wedge rolling production line. Our roller ring forging production capacity is 30000 tons. We have a mechanical processing workshop with the existing CNC machining equipment of more than 100 units.
The factory passed ISO9001 certification in 2005. We have the principle of "continuous improvement to adhere to the quality management system, stable quality", to ensure customer satisfaction.
