With more than 10 years' Production experience, industry expertise and a strong big team of over 5 engineers, AmboPower develops leading edge power bank products completely in-house, including industrial design, tooling, molding, PCB design, assembly and housing development.
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
AmboPower has a state-of-the-art ISO9001:2000 certified factory in ShenZhen,China. with totally 5 SMT assembly lines and more than 200 staff members. To ensure high quality products and large production capability of 1 million pieces per month, the manufacture is conducted according to strict quality standards.
Quality Assurance
Quality control is carried out by 15 inspectors using advanced QC and QA and test equipment. All raw materials of power bank are inspected to meet RoHS standards before the production. Our long-term, strategic and stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensure our product quality and reliability. Four inspection stages during the production and a final product testing prior to packing ensure the 0.1-0.5% defect rate (For OEM orders).
