Zhongshan zhongxin clothing accessories Co., Ltd is established in 2004, we are professional clothing accessories manufacturer. Our mainland factory is located in zhongshan and HK Company is located in Kowloon. All of our products are under international quality standard and we gain quite a lot credit from all over world.
Covering an area of 20,000 square meters for woven edge factory and 10,000 square meters for dying house, we have enough capacity for your orders. Over 220employees, 10 dedicated engineers and 8 dyeing dying specialist. Advanced machinery which are including 150 sets of webbing loom, 210 sets of rope woven machines. For dying house, we have 5 sets of continues dying machine and 30 sets of staining machine. We have our own production system to guarantee the right quality of clients need. And tracing system to make sure the consistency of products.

The monthly capacity of webbing more than 8,000,000 meters
The monthly capacity of rope over 4,000,000 meters
Working Time:
Two shift works, working time is 8 hours per shift.
Market:
Domestic market is 60%, overseas market is 40 %( Southeast Asia, Mid East, Europe, America, Etc.)
In these market, woven edge cotton is 60%, polyester cotton webbing is 20%, polyester webbing is 10%, special webbing and elastic webbing is 10%
Main Customers:
SML, Esquel, Yokohama, HuaFeng Group, Maxim, Yishion, Avery Dennison, ANF, POLO and so on.
Environmental Friendly measures:
1)Our factory choose recuperated yarn and organic cotton to produce webbing, all products can meet Oeko-tex standard.
2)Our dyeing house and factory canteen use clean fuels whenever possible to reduce pollution emissions.
3)To make sure it clean production when working
4) For reducing the waste,we switch off the lights and water when leaving,and take off the scrap materials to the recycling department
5) we use our own plates when we are eating in our canteen and no plastic lunch box.
6 ) For better working environment we make sure the clean production.
