Ningxia Kaitely Magnesium Co., Ltd. is a modernized enterprise established in 2000, specializing in the research, development, production and sales of magnesium. We are located in Baitugang County, Lingwu city of Ningxia with an area of 520,000 square meters. For the time being, our company has over 1,200 workers, 120 technicians, and fixed assets of RMB 300 million. Now we have the capacity of 30000 metric tons of Magnesium, 400000 metric tons of semi-coke, 40000 metric tons of coal tar and 5000 heatproof reduction tanks every year.
Our company takes the model of economic recycling industry chain - the crude gas from semi-coke production is used for heating, the high temperature waste gas from magnesium production is used for generating plants, the powder from the generating plants is used for producing ferro silicon line, ferro silicon is one kind of the main raw materials for producing magnesium, and semi-coke is also main raw material for producing ferro-silicon. This economic recycling chain not only reduces the fuel cost in magnesium production but also achieves zero-emission and a win-win situation between our company and environment.
