founded in 1970, is a state-designated large-scale company in tire manufacturing, R&D and marketing, also is the biggest passenger vehicle tyre and business vehicle tyre manufacturing base in the west area of China.

The company is comprised of two plants producing Passenger car tire, UHP,Winter tires with an annual capacity of seven million units respectively and radial truck & bus tire with an annual capacity of 1.2 million units. Respecting quality as the life of an enterprise, in the past years the company purchased advanced machines from overseas & domestic, and established a complemented quality warranty system. The products have been certified by CCC, ISO9001:2000, ISO17025, TS16949, DOT, ECE, INMETRO, GCC and other applicable standards required by particular countries.

We established the Global Sales Division in Beijing and Qingdao which specializes in tire sale and service in the international trading to effectively promote products in the global market. We built TOEE brand to the world market in 2009, which covers passenger car tire, UHP and Winter tire. Meanwhile, in order to provide better service, global sales head office of TOEE was set up, which is responsible for the international marketing and service of TOEE Brand.
