Salary and benefit
. We strictly following the labor law, working 5 days in a week and 8 hours per day; overtime pay rates applied individually according to labor law.
. 6-8 employees share a room supplied with bathroom and furniture, electricity expenses is calculated individually, only charges when used beyond extent.
. Each employees is required to sign a labor contract, trial employment period is 2 months; social insurance and personal accident insurance is accommodated for each employee and the have two opportunities of salary raise each year (according to the company's state of operation), the most outstanding workers would be reward with a special additional raise.
. We provide recreation and health protection facilities: such as ping pong table,pool table,badminton court,basketball court,football pitch etc; We hold different kinds of sports events periodically; And an annual company trip; Also giving gift on employee's birthday; Holding party when the traditional festival is coming.
