Founded in Nov. 2005, Qingdao Sea-Rock Composite Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SRC) is located in Qingdao Development Area, Shandong Province with convenient transportation and beautiful environment.
SRC specializes in developing and manufacturing high-grade glass fiber helmet shells, carbon fiber helmet shells, high-performance composite products (sports articles, bicycle parts, carbon fiber board, etc.) and fiber prepreg (carbon fiber, glass fiber, kevlar). Now SRC has achieved 100,000pcs of helmet shells, 600,000 square meters of fiber prepreg, 100,000pcs of composite parts every year.
SRC independently designs molds for various types of helmet shells, and performs a blowing molding process with high pressure and high temperature. The helmet shells are made of high strength composite prepreg, thus have many advantages such as good impact resistance, high penetrability, lighter weight and fabulous appearance. They reached the top-grade shells in the helmet industry. With the adherence of quality EPS, our shells have passed the certifications of SG, JIS, AS, ECE, DOT and Snell.
On the strength of unique design sense and the advanced technology, SRC has entered into steady cooperation with many famous global helmet corporations by means of OEM. Most shells are delivered to the EU, the USA, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc.
