2. Producing Capacity
Our industries reach to wheat flour, dried noodles and non-fried noodles and other deep processing for cereals. There are five product lines, which can process wheat about 1 million Tons per year, for wheat flour and 12 lines, which can produce all kinds of dried noodles and non-fried noodles about 240,000 Tons per year, for dried noodles and non-fried noodles. With such a capacity, it becomes one of the biggest manufactures for cereals deep processing factory in China.
3. Certificates
HACCP, KOSHER, ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001. We also can get certificates as BRC, IFS and SQF as per your request.
4. Quality and safety assurance
We have our own testing teams and labs. We keep guard at each step of the processing to assure the safety and quality of our goods.
- HA-CCP (Hazards Detection, Preventive Action and Corrective Action, Quality Assurance Plan, etc)
- Raw materials securing, ie lab test for pesticide residues, heavy metals (Pb, Hg, Cd, As, Al); relevant microbiological properties.
- Wheat flour: lab test for ash content, water content and gluten content
- final product testing like microbiological properties, especially mycotoxins like aflatoxine ( B1, B2, G1, G2)
We are cooperating with Master Kong, Uni-President Group, White Food Group and other famous local food companies.
