Our company has been exporting automobile parts for many years, and the main products are all kinds of alloy wheel rims. We have good relationship with the factory named Hubei Star Wheel Hub Co., Ltd. The plant was built up in Tianmen City which is close to Wuhan.
We are a modern and professional vehicle wheel hub producing manufacturer. 12 development patents enable us to design and produce large size scale aluminum alloy wheel rim from 12 to 28 inches, which makes us well known as a professional manufacturer of high-end wheel rims. To set producing high quality products as our prior goal, serious quality control is required and implemented in every individual producing procedure. All the products that come out from our company satisfy different standards such as DOT, TUV, JWL, VIA, SFI.
Products Developing Process:
The process of developing new products is strictly followed the ISO, TS16949 process requirements. And the delivery time for a new produced wheel hub is fairly short which is managed in 45 days from confirming blueprint to confirming design concept and produce requirements to finishing test producing.
Our technical department is the designing and developing center for new product. Our team is made up of 6 skilled and professional designing engineers and so on. Charging product testing producing is the core of our technical department. And our team makes sure that we can offer various kinds of wheel hubs to the international market continuously.
We design and produce alloy aluminum wheel rim based on research of what type of wheel hubs that people like in the international market. At the same time, we also produce huge amount OEM wheel rims for famous vehicle manufacturer like Dongfeng, Isuzu, and Nissan.
We still take customer-made orders for those who have special requirements in shape and size according to blueprint offered by customers.
Keeping on improving products concept, optimizing service quality and requiring high efficiency and effectiveness in producing are the fundamental mission for us to provide products customers required, to offer customers high service quality. With that, we build up our faith to achieve goals and fulfilling customers' expectation is what we struggle for. Attaining zero products problem is the long term mission of quality control and achieving zero complaint is our aspiration.
At the beginning of 2004, we decided to produce products according to ISO TS16949:2002 quality control and standard working process in order to improve quality control and increase market share. We develop and build up continuous improvements for quality control, preventing and correcting process in quality control at every individual procedure and inferior-quality product rate control process and some other process, in total, 22 controlling processes.
Operating ISO TS16949:2002 quality control process at the beginning 6, we experienced and passed several times of internal and external exam and two issuing new certifications, which ensures our operation of quality control system efficient and effective.
In order to be more reliable in the international market, we apply TUV certification from German, and this helps us to increase the international market share.
