Founded in 2010, our company which is a comprehensive company integrated design with production, specialized in marine stainless propeller, large-sized stainless casting valve production, is one of the major manufactures of propeller and casting valves in China. And now we are setting up a production line with annual output 60 thousand PCs of spherical-graphite iron cast pistons.
The total site area is 30,000 square meters and the gross area is over 5,000 square meters. Our development is supported by strong power of designing, researching and producing. We were set up by associating with Shandong University of Technology. In addition, we have one doctoral station with 6 doctors there. We have office, financing, business, technology departments and casting, machining workshops, etc.
We have complete propellers and valves manufacturing equipment and fittings. There are more than 140 sets of casting machines, material pre-processing equipment, rivet welding machines, machining equipment, besides exact material performance test systems. Over 100 workers are working here, having 25 professional technicians. Its non-current assets has reached over 80 million.
Now we can manufacture all kinds of propellers with diameter less than 5500mm, weights below 30T, and various stainless valves with weights below 5T. And we can produce marine spherical-graphite iron cast pistons 60 thousand PCs with diameter from 200mm~900mm per year. The propellers are used for bulk carrier, general cargo ship, Ro-Ro ship, containership, refrigerator ship, dredge boat, oil-field stand-by ship, crane vessel and harbor service barge. The valves and castings are used for shipbuilding, water supplying and discharging, electric power project, petrochemical & metallurgical industry. All products possess high quality, good performance used for good intended purpose.
