LEFON Machinery & Engineering Group, founded in early 1990, now with more than 200 employees, is an engineering and manufacturing conglomerate consisting of two subsidiaries, the Lefon Engineering and the Lefon Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.
Company History
Lefon Engineering Co., Ltd started to do installation and maintenance work 15 years ago, for CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Company) for several of their offshore platform projects including Yachang 13-1, Wei 11-4 and Xijiang 24-3. As our company quickly established its reputation, Lefon Engineering was asked by Enron (yes, that collapsed one) to do mechanical and electrical installation for their Wenchang power generation plant in Southern China.
Since 1996, our company has entered Beer and Beverage industry, becoming the long term partner of Steinecker, the subsidiary of Krones, a Germany company. In the following years, our company has grown rapidly in Dairy, Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry to provide consulting, to design and integrate components, to machine with precision process and to provide entire systems, including piping, tanks, blenders, pumps, valves and controls. Being a respectable company with advantages in engineering quality, now our company concentrates on providing comprehensive service for middle to high end customers.
Lefon Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in Aug, 2004, equipped with 1500 square meters of processing workshop, complete machinery equipment and different kind of quality control apparatus, is proud to produce the most popular orbital pipe cutters in China. With extensive sales network and presence in variety of trade show across the country, our company not only becomes the indisputable No 1 brand in our category in China, but also distributes international high quality famous brand products to China.
To maintain the competitive advantage, our company has maintained long-term cooperative relations with several research centers and universities, such as Mechanical Engineering School of East China University of Science & Technology and Shanghai Electric Tools Research & Inspecting Institute to keep innovating and upgrading existing product line.
