QYAP Zhejiang Qingyuan auto parts co., LTD. is family business, located in the largest auto parts production base at international automobile industrial pack of Ruian, Zhejiang province. Formerly known as Ruian Dengming auto standard parts factory, it is founded in 1984 by Dengming Han, later developed into limited company in 2004 with registered capital of 5 million Yuan, the existing factory area of 7500 m2 and construction in progress of new factory area about 30000 m2.
QYAP is famous Wenzhou brand. Two main products are Tensioner and Sensor, OEM supplied for the domestic is also recognized by Europe and North American after-market with high reputation. Sales ratios are 25% domestic, 75% export with annual production capacity: 2 million pieces of Tensioners, 500000 pieces of Sensors. Planned production capacity can be increased by 3 times after new factory is completion.
We have passed ISO:TS16949 international quality system certification in 2007. Have 1 invention patent, 14 utility model patent, 6 appearance design patent and owned the provincial science and technology progress award once, also won the honor of state high-tech enterprises in 2011.
Over the years, we focus on "High Quality, Optimize Innovation" of Operation Principle, continuous investing products development and quality inspection personnel and equipment. Now we have formed a full set process "product research and development - product manufacturing - process control - product testing" with independent research and development and production capacities.
