Der International Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. was jointly funded by Germany, Canada and China, provided with a unique brand advantage. With profound cultural heritage and world leading production technology, 120 million RMB has been invested in establishing the first laminate flooring facility in Suzhou. The factory of 30,000sq.m has first-class Homag (Germany) automatic assembly lines, and the annual production capacity is 4,800,000sq.m laminate flooring. The first primary product is the technical product -- "Double Click Laminate Flooring". The patent number is ZL02219971.3 in China. Then, we have the technical product "Three Click Laminate Flooring" and the patent number is ZL02263761.3.
In June, 2003, Der shifted our focus to world market. Der invested 350 million RMB in operating the second plan to build up a new factory. Der Industrial Park in Suzhou in the eastern part of Jiangsu Province was selected as Der's headquarters in China. It holds 306,000sqm and increases four sets of Homag (Germany) automatic assembly lines to produce new products, such as auto-lock laminate flooring, Inter-lock laminate flooring, engineered flooring, Bamboo Flooring, etc. The factory was accomplished in June, 2004, and the annual production capacity has achieved 12,000,000sq.m laminate flooring, 5,000,000sq.m engineered flooring and 1,000,000sq.m bamboo flooring.
Quality is the life of Der Group. The quality achieves the standard of E1. Der has been awarded the certificate of ISO9001:2000 quality management system and the certificate of ISO14001 environmental management system. Der was voted to be the Chairman Unit of China Association for Quality Promotion. Der product was also "One of Chinese Well-Known Trademarks", Top Brand and Inspection Free Production.
In 2004, Der Group came into being. The six subsidiary companies have been set up. They are in the charge of Der Invest Inc., Ltd., of which the registered capital is RMB60 million. The total registered capital is RMB125.6 million. Our group includes Der High-Tech Floor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. invested in by China, Canada and Germany (6.18 million US dollars; amounting to RMB51.1 million) and Noble wood (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. with registered capital of RMB12 million.
From 2004 to 2006, Der opened the world market in Europe, Northern America, Asia, Southern Africa and the Middle East. Der Group continues to improve in the future with our excellent quality and good services.
