Shanghai Rayshine Envi-Tech Developing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture subsidiary company under Beijing Green Umbrella Chemical Company Ltd. Our registered capital is RMB20 million and we have nearly 600 employees. We specialize in research and development, production, sale, marketing and services. We run our company under the management concept of modern enterprise and have been granted with "Hygienic Production Enterprise Permit for Sanitary Products in Shanghai" by Shanghai Bureau of Public Health, "Agricultural Chemical Production Permit" by Ministry of Industries and Information and "Agricultural Chemical Registration Certificate" by Ministry of Agriculture.
Counting on the technological strength of the parent company, we have been going through massive innovation and provide general consumers with reliable, easy-to-use and effective products. We have so far developed such products as anti-moth and anti-dew, moisture absorption, smell removal, warmth retention and aromatic products and a line of household detergent products such as cleansing tissues, cloth washing liquid, etc.
Under our business principle of keeping integrity, our business scope has been expanded during the past time. Our product distribution network covers 30 provinces and municipalities under direct administration of the central government throughout the nation as well as the supermarket chains such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, TESCO, Hy-mart, Auchan, Lotus Mall, Lotto-Mart, E-Mart, Century Lianhua, WuMei, WenFeng, Beijing Lianhua, JiMaiSheng, and SuGuo. Our export business starts to shape up too.
We run our business under the vision of "Being cleaner and better for the humankind". We are making leapfrogging growth and development with the target to be "the No. 1 brand of the detergent products in China". We are set to take another 3 years to create a modern consumer chemical product company with 40mu land coverage, nearly 30,000sqm floor space and close to RMB100 million fixed asset investment while making the production value and sales revenue reach RMB500 million respectively.
