Initially catering to agricultural vehicles and industrial vehicles, such as vans, tractors, mini-vans and lorries, we have diversified our products ranging from passenger cars to other consumer vehicles.
Because of high demands from various industries, we begin to design, manufacture and source metal and plastic parts. Tooling is done in-house which can ensure confidentiality. Chaoda's customized CKD kits and sub-assemblies are made by various processes, such as pressing/stamping, die-casting, bending, turning, machining, and injection-molding or according to customers' specific requirements. Part finishing and surface treatments are also done at Chaoda, keeping the overall cost low with tremendous value-added services to make us to be your reliable supplier.
With a reputation based on quality, Chaoda is currently expanding our range of products to meet global demands through innovation, technological cooperation, advanced technology and upgraded equipment. In line with this, Chaoda has invested RMB60,000,000 in a new factory (completed in May 2006) to operate as a product research centre and a new additional production base in Kunshan Business Park in Jiangsu Province, with RMB6,000,000 for new equipment. We are enlarging our product line and more products are available upon inquiry. Meanwhile, Chaoda provides OEM and integrated procurement services for international customers. We can act as sourcing office for global buyers in China, and can also be an agent for overseas products sold to China.
