With our own trading company engaged in international and local markets, we are a specialized manufacturer of polyesters, cotton, viscose and blended yarns.

We are transformed from a former China stated owned enterprise established in 1976. Our company covers an area of 54,000 square meters. We have 2 sets of bale opener and pre-cleaner, followed by 4 sets of homogeneous mixer standing before precision blenders. With the help of foreign fiber and trash particle removers, we put beautiful fibers into 12 cards with autoleveling functions. Fibers go through from cards to first draw frames (20 sets), followed by 2 sets of combers if necessary, before they reach Rieter draw frames (10 sets) in the final. By now, spinning preparation is almost done before slivers go into 14 sets of roving frame. 133 ring spinning machines with 456 spindles each guarantee our monthly output of 1000 tons yarns, calculation based on polyester spun yarn count 30/1. 16 sets of Murata auto coner save a lot labor in cone finishing and make yarn waxing possible. In addition, our production of monthly 500 tons of open ended air jet yarns from Rieter machines will be coming in the near future.
