Peiyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. With manufacture qualification of pressure vessel for and Class, PCC also owns many qualifications for foreign recognized tank production and design, like ASME U stamp, Ghost, CE Ped and etc. PCC can produce all kinds of columns, tanks, condensers, heat exchangers, reactors, dryers, cryogenic vessels and other equipment.
PCC attaches great importance to research & development, and has built two sets of distillation laboratory equipment, which has reached international advanced standard. One is a testing Iaboratory for mass transfer equipment, equipped with 400mm hot-flaw model test and 600mm cold-flow model lest apparatus, which provide reliable guarantee for R & D and design; One is pilot plant, comprising 3 sets of 150mm cold-flow packing tower, which can completely carry out purification experimental study, like polysilicon separation, isomer separation etc. Meanwhile, PCC can also achieve multi-purpose research and development target, such as reactive distillation. In 2013, PCC plans to build a higher level of distillation laboratory, which can finish simulation and pilot for lots of operating unit from distillation to reaction and so on. PCC joined the United States FRI in 2012 and became its members. Fractionation Research, Inc., is the world most advanced chemical enterprises distillation association.
