Wuxi Heng Cheng silicon industry Co.,Ltd is a J/V company. It is located in the Xishan foreign investment industry zone of Wuxi national economic development area and covers an area of 99,000 square meters with an convenient land and water communications.
We have a lot of experienced professional experts in our R & D Center focusing on the exploration field of silica, combining production experience from Wuxi Heng Heng Silica Co.,Ltd with the introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment, a highly dispersed production line with the capacity of 35000tons/year has been built up which fully meet the market of the rubber industry and feed industry. In particular, the leading dryer supplier: NIRO Denmark, design and supply the dry system: TFD-800-N/B-FB10 fill up the blank of domestic market. Additionally, there is a 50,000-ton annual output of silica production line is also at an active preparatory stage.
According to different application areas, we have developed and produced the silica for following industries: feed additives industry, rubber tires industry, paint and dope industry. Products are widely used with an excellent performance. Especially in feed additive industry, quality characteristics of the silica reach to international leading level. We have ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environment system certification, EU FAMI-QS Certification. We also have the production license issued by National Agriculture Department.
Product features: Silica: also known as amorphous silicon dioxide for the porous, amorphous structure, with a larger surface area. It can prevent the accumulation of food particles or powder agglomeration, and maintain its freedom of movement or loose material. Its fine particles, loose porous, good absorption ability, can easily absorb moisture, grease, and so on to keep powder or food particles, and can improve the free movement of the product itself and dispersion.
