Liaoning Heavylong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is a professional company mainly dealing with mechanical design & manufacture. We are located in Lingshan Industrial Park, Lishan District, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. We are an equipment manufacturer with independent intellectual property rights, and have been awarded as An Example of Intellectual Property Right by the Technology Bureau of Anshan City. Our company has also been awarded as "Abiding by Contract and Being Trustworthy Company" by the Administration Bureau of Industry and Commerce of Liaoning Province for many years.

We adopt scientific management and operation system and have a superior research & design group. Total employees are 316. More than 40% of our employees have professional titles and over 60% of staff members are skilled in hydraulic pressure.

We have 16 senior engineers on hydraulic pressure, machinery and electricity, 18 engineers, 22 technicians, 9 economic engineers, as well as 5 accountants, technicists and managers. The area of our company is 43,000m2, including a mechanical workout workshop, a riveting workshop, an assembling workshop, a maintaining workshop, complete appliance experiment places, office buildings, and electric power substations.

We have advanced processing and manufacturing equipment, mainly including overhead traveling cranes, number control guillotine shears, number control bending machines, spheronization machines, sawing machines, number control lathes, milling machines, planning machines, boring lathes, rocker drill presses, and others. Our main cutting and welding equipment is from Panasonic Company, such as exchange arc soldering machines, direct current welding machines, argon-arc welding machines, and plasma cutting machines. We recommend the following advanced equipment: KJB type press machines, BJ150 type rubber stripping machines, MQ1501type pipe cutting & grinding machines and JT100type static press test tables. We are producing various kinds of high-press steel wire hose assemblies. Our product quality can compare with foreign products of the same style.

Our company implements GB/T19001-2000IDT ISO9001:2000 (request for quality control system) all around. At the same time, according to the feature of our products and the technological standard of hydraulic circuit assembly, based on different customers' requests, we implement GB, JB, CB, YJB, ISO, and DIN standards. Our professional ladle construction scissors and hydraulic pressure elevators have already got Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China issued by the General Administration of Technique Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. Our technique is in the leading position compared to the domestic same products. Our company has owned more than 10 items of special complete plant technique patents for metal smelting, demolition and construction furnaces. Our main products are crawler fully hydraulic pressure demolition furnaces (ladle), slag removal machines, crushers, grasping steel machines, large scale engineering plant products and spare parts. For demolition, furnace machines have been developed and produced, and also combine the spot of working condition, operation condition with many years' maintaining experience. Demolition furnace machines have so many features, such as strong suitability, low error rate, humanized operation, as well as convenient protection and maintenance.

Slag removal machine is a kind of wireless remote control slag removal equipment. It was developed and manufactured by ourselves based on the demolition furnace machines according to the requests of steel companies.
