Kaidi Northwest Rubber Co., Ltd. is a state-owned company, which was regrouped from the former Northwest General Rubber Factory and the subsidiary, Northwest Kaidi Company, and is subordinate to Shaanxi Yanchang Petrol (Group) Corporation. We are the largest rubber enterprise in size and the strongest in comprehensive strength in Northwest China. Kaidi Northwest Rubber Co., Ltd. is a vice director of China Rubber Industry Association and the board chairman of national rubber product branch.
Our company is situated in Xianyang Hi-Tech Development Zone and has good transportation facilities, with special railway and Xi'an-Baoji Expressway to the south and Xi'an-Xianyang International Airport to the north. Our company covers an area of more than 400000 square meters and has 2200 workers, among whom, 320 members are engineering technicians. Our company consists of one technical center, one test and detection center, three product research rooms and twelve production works. Our company also has 10 sales branch offices distributed in East China, Southwest China, South China, North China and Northwest China. Our company has comprehensive rubber processing capacity of 6000 tons of rubber compounds, and our annual production value amounts to three hundred million Yuan.
The products manufactured in our company are classified into five series: rubber fabric products, rubber products, rubber plates, seals and hoses, which are mostly used in petrol, chemical, steel and iron, automobile, engineering machinery, coal industries, etc. In recent years, our company has developed corrosion-proof liners, packers for oil or gas wells, oil vessels, oil delivery hoses, and so on.
With tens of production equipment and test instruments imported from abroad, our company possesses advanced production techniques and test means. Our technical center has turned into a provincial scientific research technical center. Our company has the authority to import and export. Our company passed ISO9001:2000 and GJB9001A-2001 quality system certifications in March, 2003, got weapon equipment research and production license in 2002 and passed the second -class secrecy qualification in 2006. Our company has been also attested as a first-class quality inspection organ by China Petrol and Chemical Industry Association.
