Foshan Nanhai Dejian Metal Limited Company, founded in 1989, is located in Hexi Industrial Zone, Yanbu, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, namely the economy developed Pearl River Delta. Our company covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has about 500 employees. Our company is a comprehensive professional manufacturer integrating the manufacture of cold pressed metal molds, the machining of cold pressed parts, the screen stencil machining, the soaking, and the coating, and has powerful capacity in cold pressing and metal mold production.
With a huge investment, we have introduced up-to-date production equipment from at home and abroad, such as high-speed punches, CNC punches, CNC bending machines, large-size presses, and oil hydraulic presses, as well as Japanese coating line which is equipped with YZ28-400T, YC24-350T (of widened workbench), YZ28G-200JD and YD65-150T oil hydraulic presses; J36-160T, J36-250T, and J31-315T pneumatic punches; J23-160, J23-125T, J23-100T, J23-80, J23-60 and 40T presses; diacytic-type precise presses; and suspension-type, pneumatic, long-arm and electron communication shot welders. We have a team of highly competent and experienced employees in mold design, making, pressing technology and management, and have formed a relatively large mold production capacity and become a customer recognized leading mold and metal part manufacturer.
We passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in November 2000. We have become a designated metal part and accessory supplier of Guangzhou Panasonic, Nanhai Automotive Factory of Beijing Futian, China Snow Boxes, Midea Electric Appliances, Mitsubishi Electric, Gree Air Conditioning, and TCL, thanks to our excellent products and optimal service.
