Being one of the best Plastic Products and Mold Development center, our business started since 1990, and new plant established in 2003, located in Dongkeng town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. With an area of 32,000 square meters, owning self-built factories, dormitory and office building. General capital is over 45 millions yuan and over 1000 staff for the whole group. We specialize in producing custom design plastic molds of various sizes & shapes with experienced mold making process. Equipped with CAD / PRO-E / UG software system, available in the company now are 5 EDMs, 9 milling machines, 3 drilling machines, 3 turning Lathes, 3 grinding machines, 1 water mill, 8 plastic mills, 6 blender mixer, 3 CNC machines, 26 printing machines and 23 plastic injection machines etc. There exists 5 painting production lines with more than 100 seats, 3 assembly lines with about 150 seats and 4 dust-free workshop production lines with 160 seats.
The moulds we made include daily necessities, computer cooling fans, auto parts, various helmets, bottle covers, housing case, interphone and lovely toys, etc. Skilled to make all kinds of plastic toolings according to customer's drawing or samples. Proficiency in design, drawing, prototypes, plastic injection moulds as per customer's requirements. Being over 15 years' experience of making plastic injection molds with a professional technical team and excellent equipments.
